2024-2025

Welcome to the 2024-2025 flag football season. All of the practice times and game schedules are on the calendar below. In order to participate in intramurals and tryouts, you must have a completed RMA account. Below are the practice expectations for intramurals and in-season practices:

• You need a completed Register my athlete file (Known now as Akitvate)

• Be on time. If practice starts at 2:00 that doesn't mean you are putting your flags or cleats on at 2:00, that means you are on the line ready to go at 2:00. 

• You need a pair of cleats (football or soccer cleats are fine. No metal spikes.) 
• When you come to intramurals you need to have a white shirt, navy blue shirt, gold shirt, or a shirt with a Foothill logo on it. Do not wear a shirt with another team logo on it.
• Dress in layers. Be prepared for colder weather. 
• You must have a water bottle  

• Bring  a positive attitude everyday.
