Registration Information

New to the district enrollment process

Step 1: Go to https://ccsd.net/parents/enrollment/ and complete the online registration. Record the application/confirmation number for use in step 2.

Step 2: After completing the online registration, please upload the required documents by clicking on the blue link:

Required documents for new students to CCSD:

Registration Application Number
Student's Birth Certificate
Student's Immunization Records
Parent's Valid Identification
Current utility bill in parent's name (Gas, NV Energy, or Water bill)
Transcript or grades from the previous school
Withdrawal paperwork from the previous school: (only when school is in session)
IEP/504 plan – Special Ed (if applicable)

If the utility bills are not in your name, you will need to submit a notarized residential affidavit form which we will provide. Email us at [email protected] to request the form.

Transferring within a CCSD school to Foothill HS:

If you haven’t completed the OLR for this current year, please use the following link through your parent portal: campusportal.ccsd.net

Parent's valid identification
Current utility bill in parent's name (Gas, NV Energy or Water bill)
