Registration Information

New student registration is open.  Parents/Guardians are not allowed on campus at this time.  All new registration must be completed online.  Please ensure that you have all of the documents required for registration and upload them.  Follow the directions provided.  Our registrar and counselors are working extremely hard for a great opening of the school year.  If you just completed your registration today (August 6) and all of your documents are approved, the registrar or a counselor will reach out to you via email or phone call to inform you of your schedule.  If you do not receive an email or phone call from the registrar or counselor by 2 pm today, August 6, please come to school on Tuesday, August 10, to have the opportunity to connect with your counselor and create a schedule that is best for you.  Thank you for your patience.  
 
 

New students to CCSD:

Go to https://ccsd.net/parents/enrollment/ and complete the online registration. 

After completing the online registration, please upload the required documentation here: 2021-2022 Registration Form

Required documents for new students to CCSD:

 

  • Registration Application Number
  • Student's Birth Certificate
  • Student's Immunization Records
  • Parent's Valid Identification
  • Current utility bill in parent's name (Gas, NV Energy, or Water bill) 
  • Transcript or grades from the previous school
  • Withdrawal paperwork from the previous school: (only when school is in session}
  • IEP (if applicable}
 
Current and students transferring from another CCSD school to Foothill HS:
Please use the following link to complete the online registration through your parent portal: campusportal.ccsd.net

Required Documents for Current CCSD students

 

  • Parent's valid identification
  • Current utility bill in parent's name (Gas, NV Energy or Water bill)  
  • Withdrawal paperwork from the previous school: (only when school is in session)
 
 

This form ONLY applies if you have already completed the OnLine Registration (OLR) and you have moved since then.

If you have not completed the OLR, please complete the OLR through your parent portal and you will be able to update your address there.
